You’re here because you want to hire a life coach. What can you expect?

No matter if you want to sign up for one of my signature programs, or have a life coaching plan tailored to your specific needs, the process will consist of three basic steps…

Step 1: We’ll set your main goals to achieve, with action steps to take and milestones to mark your progress.

Step 2. I will share tools, techniques, and best kept secrets for you to use.

Step 3. I will provide support and motivation as you strive towards your goal, keeping you accountable to your action steps.

The first step in Life Coaching with me, will be an initial free consultation to see what your seeking to get from Life Coaching. After this, we will schedule a Discovery Session, where together, we will begin to develop an action plan to take you towards the goal you are striving towards, but can’t quite get to. We will also begin to uncover your strengths and talents that can be used to achieve you dream life.

The most typical way to conduct Life Coaching is by phone, Skype, or Google Hangouts. I will also give you fieldwork to complete that will involve reading material, exercises of self-reflection, and action goals to complete between sessions.

No matter if you want a short term specific breakthrough, or a long term general breakthrough, my Life Coaching plan for you will contain a number of similar elements, or phases. The difference in long-term or short-term Life Coaching is in how long each phase takes to complete.

Develop your personal vision – together we will unlock a vision of your ideal self—the life you want to be living. We will also uncover your strengths and development opportunities that will make it possible to transform your vision into reality.

Recognizing potential and real challenges— this will involve among other things, identifying your stress levels, and developing a stress management plan. Part of this plan is understanding that emotions are contagious—people set off stress in each other in milliseconds, and this can easily start a vicious cycle where you become a victim of chronic stress. The toll on you of this is huge. A key to this plan is discovering renewal activities and techniques you can engage every day to feel less stress, and feel more vital energy.

Creation of an action plan – based on your strengths and personal vision of phase one, and development of renewal activities to overcome challenges of phase two, we will together develop an action plan. This will have very specific action steps for you to begin taking immediately. Taking these immediate action steps will literally put you on the road to achieving your desired breakthrough.

Creating inspired and sustained change—a big key to thriving and achieving your vision of an ideal life is to have supportive and helpful relationships. This key will help make your breakthrough a permanent condition and reality. We will use techniques and tools to develop empathy, adaptability, and mindfulness. The result of doing this is you will feel more in tune, or sync, with those around you. This creates mutual trust and respect in your supporting relationships.

Ongoing sessions — achieving small goals, one step at a time, is how we will achieve the bigger goals you have as part of the vision of your ideal life. Ongoing coaching sessions take you from one stepping stone to the next on your path to the life you dream about.
