This program is a lot about finding your purpose in life. The first place to start in finding a passion and purpose in life is to make a list of all the major experiences that have had great impact on your life.

While the source of a life purpose and passion may vary, there is usually one thing that defines a passion: the desire to engage in the experience again. The experience is in some way transformative.

The transformative experience may be either positive or negative, or we could say it comes from suffering or ecstasy.

A passion born of suffering will occur usually after a person has endured some significant adversity in their life. People who are drawn to spend their lives working for a certain cause often fall into this category.

A passion born of an ecstatic experience will motivate us to want to share the experience with others. An example that comes readily to mind is being inspired by music. Through the experience they discover a desire within themselves to create and make similar music to inspire others.

  How it works 

You’re here because you want to hire a life coach. What can you expect?

No matter if you want to sign up for one of my signature programs, or have a life coaching plan tailored to your specific needs, the process will consist of three basic steps…

Step 1: We’ll set your main goals to achieve, with action steps to take and milestones to mark your progress.

Step 2. I will share tools, techniques, and best kept secrets for you to use.

Step 3. I will provide support and motivation as you strive towards your goal, keeping you accountable to your action steps.

The first step in Life Coaching with me, will be an initial free consultation to see what your seeking to get from Life Coaching. After this, we will schedule a Discovery Session, where together, we will begin to develop an action plan to take you towards the goal you are striving towards, but can’t quite get to. We will also begin to uncover your strengths and talents that can be used to achieve you dream life.

The most typical way to conduct Life Coaching is by phone, Skype, or Google Hangouts. I will also give you fieldwork to complete that will involve reading material, exercises of self-reflection, and action goals to complete between sessions.
